For the past week or two, I have been quite busy getting ready all the materials and setting up the site for our new club that we thought up with *Laurazee. Soon =joereimer and *Cysquatch joined us in our initiative. Due to Laura's suggestion, it quickly evolved into an idea for a movement we call the "Energy Art Movement", which is about high-quality depiction of visual dynamism. We have some materials on our site for you to read at *EnergyArtClub, including our manifesto. In the past few days, the list of artists have been assembled who we plan to invite for membership in the next week or so. Members may be selected via application too (please wait with applying for about a week, because you may be invited too). You may also become a supportive member, just please read our relevant materials. You can also watch us, which does not necessarily mean membership. In that case, you will be notified of our journal entries, polls, and any new materials, but not of any member submissions (deviations), since we don't save them on the site to avoid faving there and flooding our watchers, but they will be collected in our Favorites folder.

My other exciting news for today, is the introduction of my good friend and unbelievably talented artist Arriba Stature alias ~Naydean, her website is [link] . Her paintings speak for themselves, so please check out her site and DA page, and comment if you wish. I think she deserves some DA love and recognition. She is a bit shy, but I think will warm up quickly. I hope you forgive me if I deviate from my norm, and feature five of her works below. Some are based on fractals, some are fully painted digitally (with oil painting technique), some are in oils. I think you can tell that she is obsessed with recreating randomness, which is also my goal, and I can tell you that it is one of the most inherent and difficult tasks in creating a truly ingenious piece. "Randomness is really hard to achieve. Our organizational behavior takes over unless we remain mindful. Being at home in a random universe takes the mindfulness of an artist."
